Amazon Headquarters

This design-build project consists of core and shell construction and over 440,000 SF of “Class A” Tenant Improvements for phase 2 and 3 of Amazon’s new headquarters building. Our team has become an integral member of the design and construction team, providing engineering recommendations and high quality construction. Our scope of work includes electrical distribution, an extensive lighting package and controls, branch power to 3,400 cubicles, fire alarm and card access systems, and pathways for the telecommunication backbone.
