The Escala is a 30-story high-end residential and mixed-use high rise located at the corner of 4th & Virginia in Seattle, WA. This design-build project consisted of 8 levels of below-grade parking, retail and mezzanine spaces at grade and 27 floors of condominium units above luxury amenity space. The approximate total area of the building is 825,200 square feet.
