PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

We have immediate openings for qualified project managers in our Redmond, Washington office. The successful candidates will work closely with supervisory personnel, design professionals, owners and subcontractors to resolve and manage work procedures and construction issues. Plan, organize, and direct all contraction related activities associated with the construction and service of structures, existing facilities and systems. Schedule all project related activities and manage time required to meet deadlines. Understand job specifications and determine appropriate construction methods. Oversee contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements. Interpret and explain conditions and contract terms to the administrative staff.

Requirements:

The ideal candidates must have 10 or more years of construction experience, with an emphasis on commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. This position requires computer skills, strong estimating and manpower scheduling experience along with organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Compensation is based on experience.
