Robbins Building

Our scope of work for the Robbins Building included the design build remodel of an old Boeing building into office, warehouse and engine test lab space. The office is a 75,000 SF 2 story area, the warehouse is 145,000 SF with multiple crane units and 85 ft. ceilings. The facility includes laboratories and a 32’x32’ class 100K clean room. Our scope included the complete Fire Alarm, Paging and Telephone systems, Emergency Power back-up, new server rooms and a 15,000V utility upgrade.
