FY 03 - Whole Barracks Renewal

This project included the construction of eleven mixed-use buildings comprising 222,000 SF.  Site development included communication and primary power duct banks, street and area lighting and significant security features. The project also consisted of medium voltage distribution from an existing 15kva underground duct bank system and extended to 11 new buildings. This project also included the conversion from overhead to underground while keeping existing services in place.
