Harborview Medical Office Bldg

Our team led the electrical and low voltage system design, construction of core and shell, and tenant improvements for 13 floors of tenants including several floors of office space, laboratories and medical facilities. Building tenants include King County Medical Examiner, Harborview Pathology Laboratory, UW School of Medicine, Radiology, Global Health, Sleep Laboratory, Neurosciences, Virology Clinic, Kidney Institute and Pharmacy. Building was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
