Private Foundation

Our team completed the Eastlake & Mercer projects for a Seattle-based private foundation. Our scope of work included complete renovation of low voltage cabling and electrical for both buildings. We worked closely with the client through design and installation and completed the project within the aggressive construction schedule. In total our team renovated over 180,000 square feet of interior space with Class “A” interior improvements.
