3. Why does my Nextel keep going in and out of service?

From time to time Nextel phones will degrade and constant signal loss is a common symptom. We recommend performing a master reset on the phone for up to four consecutive tries before brining it into the Redmond office for further service and repair.

Master Reset
Press Menu
Settings
Advanced
Connectivity
Master Reset
Security Code: 000000
Press Left option button 3 times until phone shuts off.
Wait 30 seconds before powering the phone back on.

4. How do I obtain another Wireless phone for my jobsite or a new hire?

If you are a foreman requesting another T-Mobile, Cingular or Verizon Wireless phone for a person on your job, you must complete the Wireless Phone Request Form form and e-mail/fax it to your Project Manager. Upon approval from your division manager, your phone will be sent out through our Inter-Office Transport system to your jobsite.
