South Hill Data Center

Construction is currently in progress on this 55,000 SF (raised floor) data center project. The South Hill project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification through a variety of sustainable measures including highly efficient energy and lighting systems and extensive sub metering and building automation that will allow ongoing measurement and verification of energy use. Our scope of work includes renovation and electrical and low voltage construction.
