Skyline at First Hill

Skyline is a 26-story retirement community with a 14-story health center and 5-story common area located in downtown Seattle. Residents have access to assisted living, skilled nursing and memory support. The complex also has a fitness center and pool, club room, auditorium, library, dining rooms, lounges, art studio and a parking garage. Our scope of work included design-assist construction of the core, shell and build out of the interior space.
