SSA Teleservice Center

This design-build project consisted of renovating a WWII warehouse into a state of the art teleservice center for SSA. This project included the complete electrical and data-communications design and construction of an 118,015 SF office building consisting of fire alarm, voice, data, CCTV, specialty lighting and building controls. The building has a raised floor throughout the entire first floor and mezzanine. This project received LEED Silver certification.
