WSECU Headquarters

Our team recently completed a five story core, shell and tenant improvement for both the headquarters and parking structure for Washington State Employee Credit Union, located in downtown Olympia. Our engineering and construction teams lead the structured cabling and electrical design. Project consisted of 122,000 SF of office space, including a retail bank branch on the first floor.
